He even came in on his day off so that I could take the vehicle next-day. Romeo seems to be a smaller family owned dealership where they take the time to meet their clients and make sure they're satisfied. I was introduced to a service manager, business manager, and general manager and all were eager to make the process as easy as possible. The general manager took the time to thank me at the end of the transaction and promised that Ryan would be following up the next day to make sure I was happy with the car, and that's exactly what happened. I hope to have my current car for quite a while, but I'm glad to know that I won't have to look for another dealership when it's time for a replacement. ”
